For those who are curious, the group behind the Nov. 2 noon "World
Can't Wait" event is the Revolutionary Communist Party, chaired by
Bob Avakian. See http://rwor.org/ for their web site, and
http://www.worldcantwait.org/theCall/tempindex2.php on the Nov. 2
call.
There is also an interesting discussion about the Nov. 2 event, and
about the RCP, at
http://houston.indymedia.org/news/2005/10/44827_comment.php#44859
I'm not trying to take sides on the RCP. You folks can decide
yourself if you are interested in the Nov. 2 noon event. I think it
sounds interesting. I just want to help everyone be better informed.
Thanks to those of you who gave me more background on this.
