[PAA-Discuss] FW: FW: Greg Palast: British Petroleum's "smart pig"

I find Palast, good though his work has been elsewhere, a little weird on
peak oil. British Petroleum has looked nothing but bad on this pipeline
thing. They ignored the warning signs, took a risk, and bet that their
pipeline could last till Alaska was drained of oil rather than spend what
they should on the maintenance of it. They lost, and have been justifiably
embarassed. And they now have to spend more money than they would have, the
fools.
