Thank YOU Amy! This take a huge load off me at this time, and I appreciate
your help!

 

I like the graphics, and agree with Bill, that the content is great, the
slogan on the shirt something that I want to wear long after the impeachment
(yeah I said it) as well, so I am attracted to slogans that encourage people
to look, listen, understand and speak about the Constitution -and what it
gives us-which most folks missed in high school gov't classes and never
learned in college, unless they were a poli sci major. Or unless they
forgot.

 

So once he's impeached, the lying, spying, torture won't be something I can
keep wearing, and 'Protect the Constitution-Restore US Values' I like, but
as I said, "they" will be gone, so the message with the names will be
passé...(LOL) as will the shirt...unless it says something like "IMPEACH
when need be!" (LOL)

 

Also I like the paa site mentioned on it.

 

My 2cents only- thank you Bill for sending this out. See you on Labor Day!

Thanks to Amy, we found a local T-shirt screen printer that can get 

us T-shirts printed in time for our Impeachment town hall meeting on 

Labor Day, and for a reasonable price.  They can get us 

sweatshop-free, made in the US shirts.  We need to decide on the 

design(s) quickly, though, so they can get started.

 

We have two possible graphics for our new Impeach T-shirts but other 

ideas are fine if we can get them quickly.  See

Please send your comments (postitive and negative) and suggestions as 

soon as possible on the designs, to impeach at paa-tx.org if you're on 

the PAA Impeach e-mail list, or if not then send them to the discuss 

list.

 

I'd prefer a T-shirt design that YOU will want to wear when you go 

shopping, to a ball game, or wherever the general public will see it. 

We want to connect with the public and get more of them to start 

questioning why we still have Bush & Cheney and encourage the ones on 

the fence to join us.  In my opinion, we don't need shirts that 

people will only feel comfortable wearing when they go to political 

meetings, rallies, protests, etc.  Although I agree with the content, 

my personal feeling is that a slogan that just calls Bush & Cheney 

names like "war criminals" may not achieve this purpose.
