Could we not have a stuffing bee at the flick tomorrow night? HPNs can't
wait?

1. We still need a volunteer today or tomorrow to help stuff flyers for our
Impeachment Town Hall Meeting into the Houston Peace News that Lee Loe
<leeloe at igc.org> is almost ready to mail. If you can help for a couple of
hours, let me and Lee know. If we can't find a volunteer before tomorrow,
the HPN's will go out without the flyers.

2. We need some small flyers printed, by tomorrow and brought to our 4th
Friday Flicks movie night, so we can ask attendees to take some and give
them to friends & at meetings next week. Lee Taylor has already designed a
great flyer and it's ready for printing. I've already distributed several
hundred individually-copied flyers but I need help. A friendly and low cost
printer is Copy.com, at 1201 Westheimer, 713-528-1201, but you can go
somewhere else near where you are, if you prefer. Let me know if you can
help and I'll give you details. You'll need to make one trip to check the
proof (copy.com is open till midnight tonight) and another trip tomorrow
afternoon to pick up the flyers.

3. We need other volunteers to pass out flyers at events this weekend and
next week. People at some of the local churches (such as where the event
will be, the UU churches, etc.) may be interested, and there are several
events and meetings posted on the various online calendars. Links to these
are near the top of the right column on the PAA home page.

4. We'll need help with other things next week (pick up T-shirts, help set
up at the event on Labor Day, etc.) but right now it's more important to
find people with the things above.

So, what can you help with?

More info on the various events are on our web page at
http://progressiveactionalliance.org/

thanks!

Bill
