Comments: I have an email to send you regarding Diane Wilson an activist who
is in the Victoria County Jail for protesting environmental crimes of Union
Carbide.  She has written a letter to Sheriff Michael O'Connor regarding
deplorable conditions in the Victoria County jail.  I would like to send it
to you so you can read it and have one of your reports check out her story.
If you send me an email address I can send it to I will forward it.  It is
much too long to send in this form.
