[PAA-Discuss] Sign making party-the sequel, Sun. evening

We need a few good patriotic volunteers to:

*Help us finish the signs we started Saturday

*Carry them to Tuesday's mis-Statements of the Union protest (see 
http://www.protest.net/HIMC/calendrome.cgi?span=event&ID=537566 ), 
place them in publicly viewable areas, or carry them for a couple of 
hours at a time (during rush hour) on freeway overpasses.  THOUSANDS 
of people will see them, with your help.

Thanks to a bunch of great sign-painting volunteers and cardboard 
scavengers, we made good progress this afternoon on the signs.  We 
have ones finished that say "Impeach the Liar-in-Chief", 
"Spied+Lied", "Impeach", "Spying Lying Torture Impeach", but we need 
more on your favorite issue(s) - Out of Iraq NOW, Stop Illegal 
Spying, whatever.

Regardless of whether you came Saturday, you are invited to help 
Sunday evening.  Help us get those signs finished and our garage 
cleared out!  Whoever shows up decides what text goes on them.

Bring:
Yourself, with clothes you don't mind getting paint on.  We have 
several old T-shirts you can borrow.
More dark latex paint if you have some you want to get rid of. 
(Oil-based paint dries too slowly.)  We do not need any more 
cardboard or white paint.  We just need to put the lettering on the 
signs that we painted white.
