Subject: Culture Festival needs you!

 

 Hi All,

   Some volunteer energies are needed to help the World Culture Festival
become the successful event it is meant to be. I believe a dozen worker bees
could get it all done (or possibly 6-8 super heroes) I'm listing the various
tasks and support areas needed for Saturday at the Fifth Ward Multi-Service
Center:

         *  (2-3?) Folks to help set up tables and chairs-3:30 PM to 5:30 PM

         *  (2-3?) in the kitchen to warm donated foods

         *  (2?) Someone at the door-6- 7:15 PM and from 7:15-830:PM

         *  (2?) folks covering the silent auction

         *  (2-3?) Food/beverage servers

         *  (1-2?) folks to help with stage and sound system

         *  (3-4?) people Clean up crew 9-10 PM 

  Do not delay. These items are going fast! Pick your personal area of
expertise. Please RSVP by Wednesday afternoon by email or telephone
(713.523.4483) or come to our wrap up meeting at SHAPE Community Center
Wednesday, 6/706 at 7 PM and select your own preferred chore(s). Pay is
lifetime membership in the "My deeds speak for me Club" .
