This is another great Ward Sutton cartoon.  It includes such reasons 
for not impeaching W as "If we impeach Bush for the trivial reasons 
that he lied, broke the law, an led us to war under false pretenses, 
then we're really cheapening impeachment, aren't we?", "If we impeach 
Bush, who's going to wear the flight suit after we attack Iran?", and 
several more jewels.
