Congressman Al Green and NALEO Educational Fund will be hosting a
Citizenship Workshop on November 18, 2006. The workshop is designed to help
permanent legal residents fill out their citizenship applications, as well
as have their pictures taken, consult with immigration attorneys, and obtain
money orders for their application fees. The event will take place from 10am
until 2pm at the Houston Community College West Loop Campus, 5601 West Loop
South, Houston, Texas 77081. 

 

We are looking for volunteers to help the participants fill out their forms.
We would truly appreciate it if you would please pass this message on to
anyone who might be interested. I have attached the event's flyer as well as
the volunteer registration form. 

 

Anyone interested in volunteering must attend a training session on any of
the following dates at HCC West Loop Campus:

 

November 13, 6pm-8pm

November 15, 8:30am-10:30am

November 16, 6pm-8pm
