I wholeheartedly agree with the sentiments expressed by Kris Graham. This is probably the most important election of our life times! We need to ensure that the Democratic base goes out to the polls and that the other folks hear about our candidates. The time to take action is NOW. Thanks Kris for your commentary; it is always gratefully and respectfully accepted.
   
  Let's take back our country, guys! Let's get rid of these fascist, right-wing Republicans that are harming our democracy!

Democrats MUST begin impeachment proceedings against Bush. This
 will keep Bush tied up for the next 2 years and hopefully, he will be too preoccupied with keeping his fat out of the fire to wreak any more havoc. I want Cheney impeached, too and the rest of the illegal administration brought up on charges. We must keep sight of the goal, people. We must get people off their asses and out to the polls to vote for Democrats this year. There is a war going on within the Democratic Party right now. On one side we have the inside the Beltway elitist silk stocking Do-nothing-crats and on the other side we have true grassroots populist Democrats who stand with the people and want to represent them (us). We must help these populist candidates with our time and dollars, otherwise, they will not win and we will have no one to blame but ourselves. Don’t give up!! We have 7 weeks left to KICK ASS AND TAKE NAMES AND MOSTLY SUPPORT THESE DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES. If we don’t do everything we can to get good populist Democrats elected come November 7
 then we’ll have no one to blame but ourselves when the last nail is driven into the coffin of democracy.
   
  Get out and support Democrats like David Van Os, Hank Gilbert, Maria Luisa Alvarado, Mark McDavid and Jim Henley. They are all good people who really want to help the people of this state and wrest control of the Texas Legislature from the corporate owned and whored out turds that are walking the halls of the state capitol building.
