[PAA-Discuss] TRANQUILITY PARK ANTI WAR SPEACH-first draft

Glad you're back! 
let's see,the organizer IS aware of my speach (& was NOT aware of the fascist police state executive orders) and has STILL asked me to speak (when I asked for advise Jessica said GOGOGO SPEAK so...) HE was UNAWARE that TWO permits were REQUIRED for this event, (THANKS TO ROBERT FOR TELLING ME THAT A PERMIT TO PRACTICE FREE SPEACH IN HOUSTON COSTS 10 DOLLARS) & is (as I write) trying to aquire the permits. I learned that they were NOT going to have any amplification so Robert loaned me a bullhorn & informed me where to get the sound permit. So.......
If he doesn't get the permits I'm debating if I should speak with or without the bullhorn, ... any suggestions?
Without the permits, the cops could shut us down for being there enmass AT ANY TIME & I KNOW that one FASCIST horse cop would really get off on being able to shut down "free speach" and probably gets wet spots in his pants about the thought of ANYTHING resembling "RESISTING" and him getting to thump on one of us "PEACENICKS". The permit lady said about the worst they could do was disperse us tho so NO PERMITS & I figure NO BULLHORN. I've got a pretty LOUD VOICE on my own, I used to sing in garage band practices WITHOUT A PA and the band could STILL hear me over their MARSHALLS.
