This just boggles the mind. I simply can't believe those assholes are

As unbelievable as it may sound, the Federal Government and Lawrence 
Livermore Labs are planning open air "tests" of uranium weapons, to 
be held at Tracy, California.  Public hearings about these 
detonations have already resulted in the stamp of approval for 
them.  These detonations have been going on for more than fifty 
years, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Bay Area 
residents, who never knew their government was deliberately 
poisoning the atmosphere they breathed.  The detonations now planned 
are EIGHT TIMES larger than any done previously.
 
The government claims these explosions are necessary in order 
to "test" weapons.  This begs the question of why such weapons are 
needed in the first place, let alone why any explosions need to be 
done so close to a major population center.  These explosions will 
release deadly radiation over ALL of Northern California and beyond, 
including the San Francisco and Monterey Bay Areas and California's 
Central Valley, where crops destined for the entire nation are 
grown.  
 
Depleted Uranium has a half-life of 4.5 BILLION YEARS, and causes 
Gulf War Syndrome, deadly cancers, and egregious birth defects.  
Uranium weapons are believed to be in the possession of Israel, and 
were used in Lebanon last summer.  They are currently being used by 
the U.S. in Iraq and Afghanistan. 
 
We are currently distributing a leaflet about these detonations, and 
I will be glad to send it to you.  It is called "Is Lawrence 
Livermore National Lab Trying to Kill You?" I hope that you will 
read it, and pass it on.   I will be glad to give you suggestions if 
you choose to distribute it publicly yourself.
