wondering if this event is a fundraiser or a town hall type thing, with

Nick Lampson is not going to take a stand on anything that's important to
us. I'm having a 'discussion' with some of his supporters on another forum
who freely admit he's not a true progressive. They've convinced themselves
that the only D that can win in 22 is one who panders to right wing.

Hello everyone,

My name is Lynette Whittenton, and my husband Steven and I will be helping
to organize DOP activities in Nick Lampson's Distri ct 22. 


We'd like to invite you to what we hope will be the first of monthly dinner
meetings to talk about DOP activities, peace, etc.. or just to spend tim e
with like minds and hearts.

The first of these dinners will be at the Cafe Express in Webster on Monday
March 26th, at 7pm . This is in the shopping center across the freeway from
Baybrook Mall near the Borders book store.

Too, I understand that Distri ct 22 is quite widespread, and that for those

inbetween or switch back and forth each month between sides of the distri
ct.

Too, if you're not part of distri ct 22 but still want to meet some new
folks in the Houston area, please feel free to come as well.

We'll be looking forward to meeting you, and I'll send out another reminder
closer to the 26th.
