STAND WITH JUANITA YOUNG
 
Juanita Young will be back in the Bronx Supreme Court, part 40, room 625,
this Friday, Oct. 12, @10 am.  Juanita's lawyers will be trying to get the
ludicrous charges against her dropped.
 
One of these charges is that Juanita, a legally blind woman, allegedly threw
a box of cake mix at cops who invaded her home! This police attack was
obviously in retaliation for demanding justice for her son Malcolm Ferguson,
killed in cold blood by a police officer. A Bronx civil jury voted
unanimously in June to award $10.5 million for Malcolm's death. 
 
Bronx Supreme Court is located at 851 Grand Concourse, the big courthouse at
the corner of Grand Concourse and 161st Street. Take the D or 4 train to
161st Street-Yankee Stadium.
 
Show your support for this brave fighter against police brutality.Try to
come at least 15 minutes early on account of lines of people waiting to be
searched. Part 40 may be in another room--check the court calendar if the
room has be reassigned.
