Dear Friends,

It requires no major changes at Boards of Election to achieve Election
Integrity.   The Provisional voting process can be easily replaced by
Election Day registration. The Help America Vote Act requires that
machines produce a paper record with a manual audit capacity* and any
voting machine which does not produce one is not in compliance, and
illegal.

Cash registers have been providing customer receipts for 100 years.
Electronic machines can easily provide voter copy, which is the guarantee
that the machine recorded what the voter voted, insuring comparison of
records.

Providing for public witness to precinct tabulations of votes before they
are transferred to the Board requires no change at all in Board of
Election procedures, but it does guarantee that Board of Election books
balance with the totals counted before witnesses at the precincts.
