[PAA-Discuss] Urgent action needed in Indonesia and Colombia

I had difficulty getting this web site to load. In fact, it wouldn't load  at 
all. The window was blank, even though the blue bar at the top of the browser 
 window listed the address. In fact, it was there for 10 minutes, but the 
window  still wouldn't load. I want to take action on this issue, but I think I'm 
being  stopped by a fascist, web-censorship conspiracy.
