[PAA-Discuss] Manufactured Protests

Folks:

The puppet zealots are railing against Obama's limited, lukewarm, corporate-compromised health care reforms as if it were some kind of craven socialism. "Death panels." It's tough not to be backed into Barack's corner by the uber-right. It's obvious that thugs are showing up to Congressional district meeting with their shouting points memorized (check out the "NO PUBLIC OPTION" signs). To credit this proposed insurance/pharma cartel plan to a 'left-wing agenda' is ridiculous. The mainstream media (the few limp-wristed editors among them) is trying to figure out how to report this charade. They can't tip the hands of their corporate masters or their advertisers. Did'ja ever notice how many prescription medicine commercials dominate the evening news? The side-effects lists alone could bump a five-minute report.
