Subject: [wildestcolts] Hidden Lake Academy Files Chapter 11

Never underestimate what a small group of committed people can do. It
took
a while, took persistence.. But,

According to the Northern District of Georgia Bankruptcy Court, Case #
0922028, Hidden Lake Academy has filed Chapter 11. If you would like to
hear
it for yourselves you may call the court automated number at
1-800-510-8284.

Now if the IRS would do their job. They've got reams of information
from no
less than the GAO who visited HLA several times. Not sure what they're
waiting on. Some of us would like to see Buccellato (owner) in jail for
a
minimum of 3 years. Eating only white bread and cheese sandwiches for
two
meals per day, dodging raw sewage in his cell, showering in a mold
infested
bathroom once a week, and moving rocks from pile to pile. LOL This,
among
other things, was considered "therapy" at his cherished Academy.

For those who aren't familiar with HLA. It is a teen behaviour
modification
gulag in Georgia. This is even more significant because HLA was billed
as
the "cream of the crop" gulag. Don't let the name fool you. HLA was not
an
Academy, but a mind-control facility that charged parents almost $6000
per
month to isolate their child from everything they knew and love and
re-wire
their brains through daily deprivation, manipulation, and outright
torture
in some cases. It is a happy day for those who worked to manifest this
outcome. One less such facility. Many other programs are closing their
doors
due to the economy. Tonight teens are a bit safer.

One caveat. While we celebrate this news, we are still waiting to see if
Buccellato moved enough assets in the past year to set up shop under a
different name. While deceiving parents about their solvency, and
knowing
that Ch 11 was inevitable, they were accepting new students last week.
Their
parents will never see a refund of their pre-paid "tuition".
