On  Thursday, March 5, the California Supreme Court  will hear oral arguments 
in Strauss v. Horton, the legal  challenge to Prop 8 brought by Lambda Legal, 
NCLR, ACLU and  others. California voters passed Proposition 8, the ban on  
same-sex marriage, in November.
