Hello Friends and Supporters of our Veterans,

As of today, if a Veteran in South Texas, Young or Old, needs a surgery or
needs to see a specialist they must travel 5 hours North to San Antonio, Tx
at their own expense. Only so much can be done at the VA outpatient clinic
in McAllen Tx, where Veterans from WWII to the present must compete for
treatment. Not only is this wrong but it is unjust and cruel.

It is so important that we take care of these men and women, if we don't our
society will suffer in so many ways. Their spouses and children are trying
to cope with their injuries and illnesses as best they can, but it is not
enough. Texas is one of the states that has suffered the most from these
wars.

Here is a video explaining their circumstances and what the Veterans are
attempting to accomplish:

After you see the video, if you agree please sign the petition at:
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/VAhospitalpetiton

They only have 233 signatures so far, and would really appreciate your help.

Please pass along to your individual lists as you see fit. They would
really appreciate it.

Peace and Justice!

Thanks,
Mikal
