Dear Fellow Activists:

Several activists groups are coming together at Cigna (Galleria) on 2700
Post Oak Rd (Tuesday -11-17-09 @ 11am to 1pm) to take our demands for Single
Payer to another level. Most of the participants will assemble on the
sidewalk in front of Cigna with signs, banners, skits, and coffins as is
customary. A small few will try to speak with the CEO of Cigna. We are
asking for the full support of all activists to make every effort to be at
Cigna at 11, AND should the need arise, keep the calls coming in for release
the "noname" single payer protesters that may be arrested. Two may be your
KPFT people.

We have  legal support.

Dos and don'ts of the "Single Payer action" at Cigna 11-17-09 at ll:00AM
till 1:00PM
Do follow our nonviolent structure and actions
Do have water and hats and a lightweight chair if needed
Do have notebooks to take down descriptions of police, badge numbers, and
actions they take.
Do have and use video cameras and cameras. Cameras record important
information, as well as dissuade improper police behavior
Do contact the media
Do help and observe the needs of other protesters
Do bring Single Payer signs and posters

Do NOT support your signs and posters with sticks
Do NOT bring more than $20.
Do NOT use email to say that any activist group is planning in any way to
break the law.
Do NOT bring any unlabeled meds.
Do NOT bring alcohol or illegal drugs
