Hi Massoud and PAA'ers 
   I'll take a bold stab at this tough question
         and go out on a limb

I will project that there is a  99.869 % probability
   that more troops will be sent to Afghanistan

and I do wish, hope and pray I am wrong .

My reasoning may be partially explained by these three links
