Hey there,

Have you heard? Congress is about to decide whether to allow unemployment insurance -- the last financial lifeline to over two million Americans -- to expire just before the holidays. 

Tea Party Republicans have already said they want to cut off this support to desperate American workers and give a tax cut to millionaires instead.

So I just signed up to call Congress next week, because, if we don't, our neighbors will be celebrating the holidays in shelters, not their own homes.
