THANKS to the 38 Houstonians who participated in the 11.17.10 protest against "war criminal" GWBush in Houston at Barnes & Noble,  peddling his (ripped off) LIEography, "Decision Points", more accurately titled DERISION Points: Contempt of the US Constitution.

We could have shortend the time. reporters came around early AM then back about 11 for noon TV news & it doesn't show all the long  lines of bushwhacked fans, HPD, mounted police & us protesters squished into 2-3 areas & media vans & camera guys all around(:   
We have not yet received decent footage on our creative Iraqi-shoe-throwing style parody skit with the cardboard GW & the Codepink war criminal bookmarks being distributed....
 

KPFTradio reporter captured a lot of interviews but we haven't heard from him or a report

Houston IndyMedia posted some film focused on the early hassle of permitted demo space, site turf, with the River Oaks Economic Development Corporation (BigBill Crew, the big guy in tan coat), secret service, private security & HPD. 
HPD did a decent job keeping the peace, escorting folks back & forth across the street.
we were SQUISHED, and over 100 feet from store entrance, and we could at least march back & forth on a sidewalk picket line with the banners and all were safe:)

At least the 4th largest city in the USA had a visible presence of opposition to GWBush administration failed policies & disasterous 8 yrs. It's hard to put them behind us because this crook along with Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rove & Condi caused so much damage that we'll feel it for yearrrrs to come.
