Glad to hear that, Robert. Thanks for viewing the video and for considering going dairy-free!
I gave up dairy two years ago and I feel FANTASTIC! I can't dream of ever going back to it again.
It's full of toxins, saturated fat, artery-clogging cholesterol, and cancer-causing compounds.
Not to mention the cruelty towards the animals, towards starving humans, and towards the environment
perpetuated by the dairy industry.
Fortunately, there are many tasty and healthy cheese substitutes and dairy alternatives.
My favorite is the FOLLOW YOUR HEART vegan brand: http://www.followyourheart.com/
Their cheeses and vegan mayo are delicious!
Peace to ALL beings,
Ivan Espinosa

Very important and excellent video, please watch and share.
Do you care about world hunger? You can help change this.

Meat-eating societies are the main cause of world hunger because they feed a disproportionate percentage of the world's crops to 60 billion land animals annually killed by the meat, dairy and egg industries worldwide, and tens of billions of marine animals... instead of the 6.5 billion people on the planet.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aPxW-CVzVog
To a man whose mind is free there is something even more intolerable in the sufferings of animals than in the sufferings of man. For with the latter it is at least admitted that suffering is evil and that the man who causes it is a criminal. But thousands of animals are uselessly butchered every day without a shadow of remorse. If any man were to refer to it, he would be thought ridiculous. And that is the unpardonable crime." ~Romain Rolland, Nobel Prize 1915
