Kris,

1- Not only I was not surprised at the police conduct, I even predicted it
and tried to alert others in the meeting about the security.

2- I talked to Duane and asked him to tell police that the attacker also
broke our KPFT microphone. He didn't know about it. FYI: I thanked him on
the radio the day before the event for promoting the "Day of Outrage"
vigorously. On his show, a day before I mentioned that we are going to this
event with our families and we are peaceful. Just to reply to your comment,
talking or not talking to Duane is not a question for me. 

3- I don't understand why you are using my name to make your points? if you
have something to say just say it? But for your information everything you
have mentioned in your e-mail are nothing new to me or anybody else for that
matter. You always say those general points almost about every issue.   

4- About the City Hall, again the point is not to convince them, it is to
show their bankruptcy and get the Media attention on this issue. It is not a
bad idea if all organizations agree and show up in one day. It would be
another rally by itself J! Right?

Why are you surprised that HPD allowed this attack to happen, Massoud? They
already get away with brutality especially against minorities and the
mentally challenged. They are corrupt as corrupt can be. The cops are around
to protect the STATUS QUO. HPD is full of thug bastards who probably agree
with the crazy right wingers like the one who rushed the podium with fists
flying and broke the KPFT microphone. Talking to City Council is not going
to do a goddamned thing. They already know that the cops in Houston are out
of control. Most of them don't give a shit. We live in a fascist nation.
When will people figure that out?! This kind of shit is what you get with
fascism. It's no surprise at all.

By the way, I saw you walking and talking with Duane Bradley at the event.
I'm surprised you have anything to do with that Zionist sympathizer. I
looked him dead in the face and gave him a go to hell look. He just looked
at me blankly, but I know he recognized me from the time I spoke up at the
station about the Israeli Consulate being given airtime. Duane is a
progressive poser and a sell out. 

You need to realize that the cops are not here to protect and serve,
Massoud. They are here to harass and intimidate. That's what they do. They
LIKE it. They like to walk around or ride around on their horses
intimidating people. They think they're gods with their guns, their tasers,
their truncheons, their handcuffs, their pepper spray and whatever in the
hell else they use to hurt people. They don't care about you or me, Massoud.
Don't ever think these assholes wouldn't turn on you like a snake in the
grass if you even thought about doing anything other than abiding by their
idiotic rules and being a "peaceful" protester. This is why the left will
never get a goddamned thing changed. People on the right of the spectrum and
people in power don't fear people on the left. It's high time that changed.

So long as we continue to pay our taxes and follow their rules, nothing will
ever change. We can holler all we want. We can hold all the signs we want.
We can attend one thousand and one protests, rallies and gatherings. We can
call Congress, call the Texas Legislature, sign petitions, write letters,
e-mail assholes 'til the cows come home and NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE.

So long as our hard earned money is going to pay for illegal invasions,
bailouts for thug banksters and Wall Street crooks, kickbacks for crooked
politicians, assholes in Israel, WMD and whatever the hell else that DOES
NOT BENEFIT THE AVERAGE AMERICAN CITIZEN and so long as we continue working
our asses off for next to nothing and watching 50+% of our money go to the
above, then the US government in collusion with the Israeli government and
all other thug mother fucking governments on this planet will continue to
give all of us average citizens the big one finger salute.

THEY DON'T FEAR US AND THEY SHOULD! Stop thinking peaceful protest and
rallies are going to change a goddamned thing because they're not. Hell,
even the people in charge at KPFT have sold out to the Zionists. That radio
station will never get another dime of Graham money EVER until Duane and
Ernesto are gone and the Zionists are run out of the station on a rail.

Two solutions shy of bloody revolution in the street, Massoud:

1.)   A massive tax revolt by thousands upon thousands of Americans

2.)   A massive work stoppage.....a general strike......by thousands upon
thousands of Americans

Starve the beast! Take away the money! A complete economic meltdown and
social upheaval are the only things that a thug, vampire capitalist, fascist
government will understand.......THAT or something much worse and much more
permanent.

The attack on the peaceful event in Houston on March 15th was possible due
to HPD incompetency and a Media cover up

I was in the last planning meeting for the March 15th event. A police
officer came to our meeting and stayed until the end. He was there to inform
us supposedly how to avoid problems during the event. I told him our
gathering is peaceful. I said we expect the HPD to create a corridor between
us and those who are opposing our gathering. I mentioned that these handful
so-called "Patriots" have a new tactic.  They   put their video cameras so
close to the people's face that that they are filming that it irritates them
and thus starts a physical confrontation (apparently that is what happened
yesterday). 

The Officer flatly told us that we cannot stop them if they want to mix with
your crowd, unless they are unruly.  However, yesterday when the Police did
make a corridor they succeeded in only separating us from us (!) by placing
their horses in the middle of gathering; at the same time allowing the
so-called "opposition" to roam around freely and of course attack the
speaker on the stage. 

I suggest we should follow up on this strange conduct by the HPD - and in
many ways that we can. We need to pursue this case legally and politically.
All organizations should be at the next open session at City Hall and inform
the council of what had happened at the footsteps of their office! We should
demand that City Hall condemn the Police failure in protecting us and our
families and our children from the hooligans who were terrorizing a peaceful
gathering with a permit. They broke the KPFT 90.1 fm -our Radio for Peace in
Houston- microphone that was on the stage for this event.  

Also it is time to challenge the main Houston Media for their pitiful
reports and their obvious bias policy against thousands of Texans who have
rational demands and solutions in saving the future of the State of Texas.  

The attack was deliberate and planned. The plan was carried out because of
the indifference of the Houston Police Department. While the intruders
showed their clear intention of creating disturbance, the HPD did not do
anything except block the view -with their long line of horses-  for most
people who came in support of the event . Then, of course after the first
attack on the stage, the disgraceful reporters from the main Media came in
and carried the second attack on the peaceful gathering by their cover up of
the truth and misinformation on their TV News hours. They didn't report
about the great speakers that gave very reasonable solutions against the
outrageous budget cuts.  

We need to form a committee to follow up on this assault on our freedom of
Speech and Assembly.
