This is an important call to action on the case of Guantanamo detainee and
former UK resident Shaker Aamer
* On March 13, UK Prime Minister David Cameron will make a State
Visit to President Obama
* AIUSA and AIUK are urging both leaders to put the case of
Guantanamo detainee and former UK resident Shaker Aamer on their agenda. Mr. Aamer
has been held for 10 years at Guantanamo without charge--despite the UK
government's request that he be returned to his family in London.
Please take action: Call on President Obama to resolve Shaker Aamer's case
with Prime Minsiter Cameron by either charging him with a crime and giving
him a fair trial, or releasing him to the UK (Our UK friends will be
pressuring Prime Minister Cameron):
