<DIV>Dear Comrades and Friends,<BR><BR>The tragic moment has been reached of the
two<BR>thousandth US troop death in Iraq. United for Peace<BR>and Justice (UFPJ)
has called for emergency actions<BR>TOMORROW to protest this sad milestone. We
urge clubs<BR>and members to join with peace groups in their area to<BR>help
organize actions. Many Party activists have<BR>already been involved with
organizing peace<BR>activities, but we encourage clubs to call and
email<BR>their members and contacts to participate in these<BR>emergency
actions.<BR><BR>Please check the UFPJ web page for actions in
your<BR>area. <BR><A
href="http://www.unitedforpeace.org/article.php?id=3118">http://www.unitedforpeace.org/article.php?id=3118</A><BR><BR>TOMORROW'S
actions around the country are being<BR>organized to voice <BR>the growing
opposition and continue the pressure on <BR>Bush and the Congress to bring the
troops home now.<BR>The human costs of countless Iraqis dying along
side<BR>of tens of thousands of wounded, both US and Iraqis,<BR>can only be
ended with a stronger and continued<BR>pressure from the grassroots! <BR><BR>The
Party and Young Communist League have made ending<BR>the illegal war in Iraq a
political priority. We have<BR>an important role to play in <BR>mobilizing
grassroots participation in the peace<BR>movement. For some <BR>clubs this may
be one of the first activities we are<BR>try to involve our <BR>members and

actions are not listed, clubs should consider<BR>organizing a picket
<BR>at a Federal Building or Congressional office or a<BR>neighborhood vigil in
a shopping area. Make calls to<BR>local media for coverage and please post the
