<DIV>The observance is not supposed to be an anti-war protest but it does 

keep the victims from being forgotten, force the public to 

remember and reflect on the war, and ultimately to wonder about why we are 

fighting there. This will inevitably raise questions that loom larger all 

the time, which will eventually lead to the truth that we are all aware 

of.</DIV>
