Brenda, the station is in fund drive right now so I would not count on
the Membership Department having time to read email. You need to call.<br>

Robin Lewis is very professional, nice and efficient. She will be able
to tell you in a few seconds. I would email her too just to follow up,
but I thought she used <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:membership@kpft.org">membership@kpft.org</a> <br>

I would also call Tucker. Here are her numbers:<br>

can get to the bottom of this the sooner they can get you a ballot - I

Again, thank you so much for caring enough to go through this
frustration.<br>

<title>Re: [PAA-Discuss] My Missing KPFT
Ballot</title>
<div>Brenda (and any others who haven't received a KPFT ballot
yet):</div>

</div>
<div>First, I'm sorry this has been so difficult to get fixed.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Robin Lewis, KPFT's membership coordinator, is the one you need
to contact. I don't know if the e-mail address you mentioned is
valid, but I do know that it's not her kpft address. She can be
reached at:</div>
<div>*<font color="#000000"> 713-526-4000 ext. 314</font></div>
<div>* <a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:robin@kpft.org">robin@kpft.org</a></div>
<div>* click on her name at<font color="#000000">
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://houston.kpft.org/site/PageServer?pagename=contactus">http://houston.kpft.org/site/PageServer?pagename=contactus</a></font> and
fill in the contact form.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>At least one of these should work for you.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Some of my contributions in the past have not been recorded
properly, so it may just be a matter of the records not being correct
for you, too. Contributions during pledge drives are recorded by
volunteers and sometimes they don't get all the info correct, even
though they are supposed to all attend a training session. Robin
should be able to get this fixed if you can give her the info she
needs, though.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>Please let us know how this works out. I hope Robin can get
this corrected quickly for you (although you do have until Nov. 15 to
return your ballot). If not, then we might indeed have big
problems.</div>
