makes the Troops home by July 4 cry on target. When Lynn Woolsey read this on
Progressive Forum tonight I thought she mentioned some kind of reparationss to
Iraqis but it is not in the list from the bill printed here. I must have been

target=_blank>The Bring the Troops Home and Iraq Sovereignty
Restoration Act</A></EM>, taking up the President’s challenge to
come up with a plan for </EM><EM>Iraq</EM><EM>. Thirteen
additional members have already signed on as
co-sponsors. The bill would bring our troops home in six
months.</EM></FONT></FONT></DIV>
