you're right we don't technically have a draft but extreme amounts of
money have been poured into the Selective Service. It just takes a
rider on a passing bill to engage the SS. That's why it's still
against the law for boys not to register when they turn 18. Rangel's
bill would have taken both male and female. I'm unsure if his bill
dealt with the SS or was an actual draft bill. if his bill passed i
don't know if it would have killed the Selective Service. Anyone know?<br>
