She may be thinking that aligning with the prison guards will be helpful when she makes a run for governor in 2010. </div>
<div style="FONT-SIZE: 12px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 1em; LINE-HEIGHT: 130%">Incarceration isn't the solution the prison guards suggest but it sure has helped put a few gubernatorial candidates into office -- like Pete Wilson and Gray Davis, two other big backers of the prison guards.</div>
