a tour of the prospective property for THE CANVAS</STRONG> (the multi-arts
venue that I'm establishing).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Verdana>It's in the Heights, near Shepherd and W
11th.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="verdana, helvetica, sans-serif"></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="verdana, helvetica, sans-serif">It's absolutely
WONDERFUL. It's cheap and it's very roomy, too (a whopping 2400 square
feet).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Verdana>It has a kitchen and two restrooms,
too!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="verdana, helvetica, sans-serif"></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="verdana, helvetica, sans-serif">My dad and I are going to
submit the lease application this evening to our realtor.</FONT></DIV>

property has a room that's PERFECTLY SUITED for a mini-theater that we can

the PAA show Robert Greenwald's latest documentary at THE CANVAS later
