<DIV><FONT face="verdana, helvetica, sans-serif">It's absolutely WONDERFUL. It's cheap and it's very roomy, too (a whopping 2400 square feet).</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Verdana>It has a kitchen and two restrooms, too!</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="verdana, helvetica, sans-serif">My dad and I are going to submit the lease application this evening to our realtor.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="verdana, helvetica, sans-serif">Best of all, <STRONG>the property has a room that's PERFECTLY SUITED for a mini-theater that we can use for film screenings!</STRONG></FONT></DIV>
