When I read preventive care, I think massage, meditation, teeth cleaning, energy clearing/chakra balancing. It's about time the government make insurance companies pay for them. Do I believe they will, hahaha....
Personally, I’ve only had one mammogram when I hit age 40, and I don’t intend to get another one. I told the mammographer after she squashed my breasts in a vice that if I didn’t have cancer when I walked into the place, I damned sure had it now. My chest wall muscles were sore for days after that stupid mammogram. I just don’t see how it can be healthy for breast tissue to be squeezed in a vice and subjected to radiation even in small amounts.

I don’t see how it can be good for somebody to have a lighted tube with a camera on the end shoved up one’s ass. The likelihood of the tube perforating the intestinal wall is good. This would cause the person to have a ruptured intestine which would then allow bacteria to enter the bloodstream causing septicemia. I’m out on that…………………all the way out. Try and eat lots of fruits, veggies and whole grains. Cut back on meat and dairy, and I think you’ll decrease the odds of ever getting colon cancer. Doctors always use the magical age of 40 or 50 to try and scare the shit out of people about their bodies and all the stuff that can go wrong with them.

Teach people how to eat and how to exercise, stop subsidizing cheap crap that is called food, encourage more walking, biking and fun activities for the whole family to get them active, obliterate poverty by closing the income gap, teach people how to grow their own food and encourage people to turn off the idiot box, get off the couch and get moving. Treat your body like a fine piece of machinery, and it’ll almost always work well for you and hopefully, won’t break down before the warranty runs out. J
