in congressional districts across the country. Most of these
vigils happen right outside of the Congress member’s office, and a
citizen lobby visit—with the “ask” of the month—often follows the
vigil. These BBLVs have a distinct profile in Congress: Whether
they like it or not, <SPAN style="COLOR: rgb(51,51,51)"><STRONG>we’re keeping our
representatives</STRONG></SPAN> (and some senators, too) <SPAN style="COLOR: rgb(51,51,51)"><STRONG>on notice and accountable—and
we’re not going away</STRONG></SPAN>.</SPAN></SPAN></P>
