think about that. We cannot possibly have real change unless we are willing to
look at the big picture, decide that we are not going to contribute one more
dime, one more minute of our time or one more vote to Democrats or anybody else
associated with any party that condones endless war and continues to vote for
continuation of endless war at the expense of human beings and the planet. How
can we ever hope to create the kind of world we all want to live in if we
continue supporting people who are members of a party that only represents one
group of people? Our whole system needs to change, <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">Gary</st1:place></st1:City>. We can’t just say well, this is
the only system we’ve got so we have to hold our nose and just vote for
the candidate that reeks less than the other one. I don’t buy that. I
will not turn my back on my values and vote for somebody just because he or she
self identifies as a Democrat. This is wrong.<o:p></o:p></span></font></b></p>

the FICTION that the exercise of voting even matters. Why would you maintain a

It’s past time to get out of fiction and get into non fiction. The only
way we are going to get a new socioeconomic system is if we start building it
ourselves. Pick something to work on. I want to focus on community gardens and
recycled housing. Food security and housing security issues are huge. If we don’t
have food and shelter how can we put any effort into anything else? Also, the
issue of clean water is huge. Food, water, shelter……………..all
these things come first, <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Gary</st1:place></st1:City>.

insurmountable. It just seems easier to go along to get along. I’m not
doing that anymore. Pick one thing. Work on it. Get passionate about it. Stop
contributing to a corrupt and contemptible system. We have to do something
because the current system is going to implode. When people are hurting enough
and hungry enough, they are going to get angry enough to rise up and do
something about all of this. Until that happens we have to do what we can.<o:p></o:p></span></font></b></p>
