ratification and clarify that upon ratification by three
additional states, the Equal Rights Amendment will be
added to the United States Constitution.'"</SPAN></DIV>

Equal Rights Amendment, 'Section 1: Equality of rights
under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the
United States or by any state on account of sex.'
Replace the word 'sex' with 'race', and there would not
be a single dissenting vote in the entire United States
