Green Party State Convention

Event Description:

Harris County Green Party hosts the Green Party of Texas state convention this year.

We meet at S.H.A.P.E.'s Harambee Building on Almeda Road just south of Alabama Street and north of US 59.

We'll start with breakfast at 9 AM Saturday, and finish that day at 5 PM. Vegan lunch is covered by the registration fee; tablers and other guests can get just lunch for $10. Supper Saturday will be at local restaurants, then we'll go out to party! Our Sunday session starts with brunch at 10 AM and runs to 2 PM at the same location.

Business to be conducted includes selection of delegates to national GP convention (Chicago, July 10-13), election of GPTX officers, and by-laws revisions. Workshops on Sunday.
