Victoria was in San Diego at Democracy Fest and met film maker (Ken Brady), wrote, directed and starred in film using money he made waitressing

Comments about the film: Brilliant use of the political brought to the personal level; missing the promise of cutting the military budget by 3/4; soul wrenching process of coming to terms with our history; information not new to most of group; likened to Spalding Gray; likened to Bob Avarkian film; recommend Radio4All website for history lessons by academic, pundits, social critics the voices that the gate keepers and silenced check out Unwelcome Guest; effectively put the deaths in US on 9-11-01 and how it pales next to the deaths US foreign policy inflicted across the globe

Discussion about outreach; other venues/neighborhood; urge folk to check out National Archives and encourage those who might be ignorant of our history to explore; awareness has made her less tolerant of mainstream source; beautiful tool showing kids what a single person can do; some kids might be turned off by lecture style; Fr. ___ whose worked long on closing the School of the Americas will speak at the Houston Peace and Justice Fundraiser
