Protest Senator Clinton's Stance on the Iraq War at Houston IBEW Hall

Event Description:

Veterans For Peace Chapter 12, the local chapter of MFSO (Military Families Speak Out), and the Houston Peace & Justice Center will protest Hillary Clinton's tepid stand on bringing the troops out of Iraq when she visits Houston on 11 August and holds a rally at the IBEW Hall on the north I-610 Loop in Houston. Please note that this is a LOCATION CHANGE from what was prevously announced.

Col. Ann Wright will attend the protest of Hillary's plan to leave troops in Iraq.

All are urged to bring signs and banners with the general theme of "All troops out of Iraq now." Please meet by 9:30am on the sidewalk in front of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) union hall -- see address and link to a map below. Look for the IBEW sign by the frontage road, and for the Veterans for Peace flag.
