[PAA-Webteam] ALMOST got the spam filter thingie running

I ALMOST have the spam filter thingie running. I modified the
URLFILTER moudle and am getting hiung up on
the regular expression stuff. Weird.

Anyway, should have it nailed by the weekend I hope.

Least of my/our worries if Rita turns out to be as bad
as everyone thinks ....
