Last day for a person who is not a registered voter to submit a federal postcard application (FPCA) to receive a full ballot. Postmark with this date on the FPCA is proof that the applicant submitted the FPCA by this deadline. (Sec. 101.004). (See entry below for FPCA without postmark at the 22nd day before primary election day, February 13, 2006.)*

Last day a person may submit an application to register to vote in March 7, 2006 primary election. (Sec. 13.143).*

Last day a voter who has moved to a different election precinct within the county may submit a change of address to be eligible to vote (in the general primary) in the precinct of his or her new residence. (Sec. 15.025).*

*Since the statutory deadline of the 30th day before primary election day falls on a Sunday, the deadline is extended to Monday, February 6, 2006, the 29th day before primary election day. (Sec. 13.143(e)).
