Bush did a Duhd speech on vets day

why? I mean if it were him who was calling the shots, hey, wait a minute. Has Bush gone bonkers and actually thrown a temper tantrum at his handlers. I am the PRESIDENT. Because the speech he gave was very unpatriotic and more ranting, defensive and distasteful for Vets day.
I wonder if this is the presidency of bush stumbling and falling in slow motion. If the media smells blood, or if the breaking point of plausibility for this whole damn mess gets too close they may come around in order not to look to suspiciously involved.
