PPC Resolution: Transparent Use Of The Chair

Hello all! I apologize if some of you receive this more than once.

This is a note to inform you of a new and exciting PPC resolution
that was recently presented and accepted at the PPC Steering
Committee meeting which took place January 7th, 2006 in Galveston.

This resolution directly relates to the method in which the Texas
State Democratic platform is written, allowing more input from the
grassroots and transparency in the process. It was very well received
and we hope that you will consider presenting / supporting the
resolution at the upcoming primary conventions.
